At Happy Out Café, we want you to love every purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most retail items and non-perishable goods. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at hello@happyoutcafe.com or visit our shop in person with your order number and reason for return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it at any authorized courier location, or simply bring it directly to our café counter.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
